An alternative and gothic inspired elopement at Dunluce Castle

Eloping in Northern Ireland was the most magical experience in both of our lives and I am very glad we decided to elope instead of choosing a traditional wedding. The organization and planning process involved little stress, which made our elopement flow flawlessly.

The day and experience focused on us, and us only. The first look and the ceremony were beautiful and emotional moments that both of us look back on and hold close to us. It was the best location for an elopement as the lush green rolling fields, breathtaking cliffs, and castles, provided a fairytale-esque elopement. It was perfect.

alternative couple have first kiss on the cliff edges of dunluce castle during their intimate elopement in ireland

Cheyenne and Quinlan knew exactly what they wanted and I was here for every minute of it!

With the most EPIC black wedding dress, gorgeous Irish tweed details and two of the most wonderful souls I have had the pleasure of crossing paths with, this elopement was mega intimate and perfect in every way!

here are a few things that Cheyenne and Quinlan chose to include on their day:

  • The couple got ready together in a quaint little cabin Air bnb on the North Coast just a couple of minutes away from Dunluce Castle

  • They chose to have a first look at Dunseverick Castle followed by a beautiful ceremony on the cliff edges of Dunluce Castle curated by Owen and Annie from Irish Elopements

  • Cheyenne hired some wonderful local vendors to help make her elopement a dream come true and stress-free

  • locations were important so we visited Dunseverick Castle and the giant’s Causeway and maxed out both locations to make the most of that gorgeous June sunshine and Cheyenne’s incredible black wedding dress
